All materials on this site—including photography, text, graphics, videos, courses, and other content—are the property of The Opal Crow (Rebel Studios LLC) unless otherwise noted.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site or my services for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
You are welcome to share links to public pages and posts, provided credit is given.
You agree not to use this site for unlawful purposes or in ways that could impair the functioning, security, or accessibility of the site for others.
Release & Reclaim Session – $222 (120 minutes).
Woven & Rooted Session - $111 (60 minutes).
Return to Stillness - $111 (60 minutes).
Additional Time – If a session extends beyond the scheduled hour, additional time is billed in 15-minute increments at $28, payable before leaving the session.
Other services and event rates will be listed on the booking page at the time of purchase.
Payment for scheduled sessions is due before the session begins.
Payment for additional time is due at the end of the session.
Accepted payment methods include Venmo, Zelle, or other options as listed at booking.
Sessions are reserved by appointment only.
Refunds
All session payments are non-refundable, as your booking secures my time and prevents me from working with other clients.
The only exception is photography journeys, which follow a separate refund schedule provided at booking.
Services offered by The Opal Crow are complementary and holistic in nature. They are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.
I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any physical or mental health condition.
Participation is voluntary, and clients are responsible for their own well-being and choices.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan.
All photographs, videos, and creative works produced by The Opal Crow remain the intellectual property of Rebel Studios LLC unless explicitly released.
Clients may not alter images (including filters, heavy editing, or cropping beyond aspect ratios) without prior written consent.
The Opal Crow reserves the right to use select images for portfolio, educational, or promotional purposes unless clients request otherwise in writing before delivery.
Clients receive usage rights for personal, non-commercial purposes (such as sharing on social media or printing for personal use).
Commercial or promotional use requires written permission and may be subject to additional fees.
By participating in a session, workshop, or event, you agree to hold harmless The Opal Crow, Rebel Studios LLC, and its facilitators from any liability related to your participation.
You acknowledge that any decisions you make as a result of this work are your responsibility.
The Opal Crow reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the site or services constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
